  10.      1.  Print out the "MGR-Software, Asgard Registration Form" (to be
  11.          found on the next page).

  13.      2.  Please print or write LEGIBLY...

  15.          2.a. Fill in your name and mailing address.
  16.  
  17.          2.b. Your fidonet and/or email address (not required, if present
  18.               you will be notified when your copy is shipping or why it is
  19.               not).

  21.          2.c. Your private voice telephone number (not compulsory).
  22.               If possible, use the form "+49-(2325)-123456", where 49
  23.               is the country code and 2325 is the area code.

  25.          2.d. Tick the system you want to run the software under and
  26.               fill in the system version you are using.

  28.      3.  Calculate...

  30.          3.a. Tick the items you would like to register (Software and
  31.               shipping methods). Fees are given in DM (Deutsche Mark).
  32.  
  33.          3.b. Decide how to transfer the money. I would suggest
  34.               cash, a postal money order, a bank transfer or an
  35.               EuroCheque. If you decide against one of those and for
  36.               a foreign cheque, a bank draft or a money order, please
  37.               contact me in advance. I may raise surcharges for other
  38.               forms of payment.

  40.          3.c. Sum up the amount for the ticked items, and fill in the
  41.               the "Total amount" field.

  43.      4.  Send the registration form to MGR-Software, Asgard.
